Refund Policy

All fees paid to EduXpert are non-refundable.
• However, EduXpert will issue a credit for fees pertaining to any outstanding ad spend budgeted but not yet spent, which the CLIENT can use in a future project with EduXpert.
• This credit expires 3 months after the ad spend was budgeted to be spent.
• All fees paid by the CLIENT to Meta are not EduXpert’s responsibility, and any refund sought by the CLIENT for these fees must be sought from Facebook.
